The Role:
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business Developer to join our Retail Business Development Team in North Dublin.

Working as part of an experienced team, the role of Business Developer will be responsible for the delivery of sales budgets, securing of new business and ensuring the consistent delivery and execution of a best-in-class customer experience in a key high value area.

Main Accountabilities include:
•   Management and development of new and existing Retail accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a QA Supervisor based in Grange Castle. Reporting to the Specification and Supplier Approval Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and development of the Quality Management Systems and BRC standard for ARYZTA Bakeries Manufacturing.

Principle Accountabilities will include:

Promote a Food and Health & Safety culture within the site & set & monitor adherence to all Quality & Environmental, Health & Safety standards & procedures.
Reporting issues to your manager, compliant to all SOPs. Adhere to all hygiene rules & participate in all relevant training required. Food safety is your responsibility.
Partaking in an effective shift hand-over ensuring QC service is seamless
Ensure any non-conformances are recorded and acted upon promptly
Provide support for production trials, root cause analysis and improvement projects as required
Monitoring & verification of OPRPs & CCPs
Monitoring of compliance with GMP/GHP/GDP rules
Updating of the QMS system in the Grange Castle bakery proactively and as requested (Quality manual, procedures manual, records manual, H.A.C.C.P., recipes etc.)
Training Production staff in Metal detector and QMS procedures and records.
Completion of Internal audits- GMPs, Tool and Toolbox checks
Ensuring hygiene, calibration and glass audits are up to date with relevant issues being raised / monitored on Safety Culture.
Updating all relevant documents for new products within manufacturing.
Working proactively with other departments within manufacturing to resolve any issues in the bakery on a daily basis.
Active participation in preparation and on the day handling of customer audits / F.P.R.’s / Visits

Skills & Qualifications required:

Certificate in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Quality Management Systems.
Previous experience in a similar Quality Assurance role within the food industry is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant Q.A. roles combined with some relevant manufacturing experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Strong organizational planning and problem-solving capabilities.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of the team
Familiarity with the requirements of the B.R.C. standard as well of those of the major retailers would be a significant advantage.

Hours of work will be shift work – two weeks days from 8am to 8pm and then two weeks nights from 8pm to 8am.

First week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then Wednesday and Thursday.

Senior IT Business Analyst Controlling (Schlieren, CH)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and solid experience in financial and controlling processes. You will act as the main interface between Controlling and IT, driving process standardisation, system improvements, and key initiatives, including our global S/4HANA Cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document Controlling processes (CCA, COPA/Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
Identify optimisation and automation potential together with the ARYZTA business shared service center and the ARYZTA Finance community
Act as a IT CO subject matter expert within the S/4HANA transformation at ARYZTA
Lead or support IT projects (rollouts, upgrades, enhancements).
Manage functional specifications, UAT, and key user alignment.
Collaborate with the Data Platform team on reporting and controlling dashboards.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and security across CO reporting.

Act as the main liaison between Finance/Controlling and IT; manage external partners.
Take a key role in S/4HANA transformation program as IT workstream lead and subject matter expert for system related CO subjects

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years as Business Analyst, incl. 5+ years in Controlling.
Expert knowledge of SAP CO across S/4HANA, SAP Public/Private Cloud, and ECC.
Strong process integration experience (FI, MM, PP‑PI, SD).
Hands‑on configuration and testing expertise in SAP CO.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the Cold Store Maintenance function on shift.
To ensure that all equipment is repaired to the highest possible standards.
To record all work carried out in SAP and on Shift Report.
Implement permanent fixes for all issues raised on the SAP shift report.
To be responsible for the Maintenance H&S function on shift.
To provide daily feedback to management through recording and reporting on all Maintenance activities.
To be a hands on / front line leader of the team in breakdown situations.
To assist management in all technical activities (projects, equipment install, reporting and continuous improvements etc.)
To work alongside the Maintenance Team to build a continuous improvement environment within the facility.
To be a good communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
To attend all required shift meetings.
To carry out a shift hand over meeting at the start and end of each shift.
Responsible for identifying equipment spares and informing Manager/Supervisor of spares used during your shift.

Purpose: The purpose of the Bun Bakeries Europe (BBEU) Production Engineering Manager role is to ensure that across BBEU we are prepared from a process, technology and engineering perspective to support the delivery of mid and long term business objectives. They will also develop and implement key production, engineering process standards: (Standard Work, One-Point-Lessons, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen mindset) and metrics (Production and Process KPI’s like OEE, SPC setup, Cpk, Ppk) to meet mid and long term business objectives.
