Senior IT Business Analyst Controlling

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and solid experience in financial and controlling processes. You will act as the main interface between Controlling and IT, driving process standardisation, system improvements, and key initiatives, including our global S/4HANA Cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document Controlling processes (CCA, COPA/Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Identify optimisation and automation potential together with the ARYZTA business shared service center and the ARYZTA Finance community
• Act as a IT CO subject matter expert within the S/4HANA transformation at ARYZTA
• Lead or support IT projects (rollouts, upgrades, enhancements).
• Manage functional specifications, UAT, and key user alignment.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team on reporting and controlling dashboards.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and security across CO reporting.

• Act as the main liaison between Finance/Controlling and IT; manage external partners.
• Take a key role in S/4HANA transformation program as IT workstream lead and subject matter expert for system related CO subjects

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years as Business Analyst, incl. 5+ years in Controlling.
• Expert knowledge of SAP CO across S/4HANA, SAP Public/Private Cloud, and ECC.
• Strong process integration experience (FI, MM, PP‑PI, SD).
• Hands‑on configuration and testing expertise in SAP CO.
• Experience with data models and Data Lake integrations (e.g., Snowflake), SAP BDC and S/4 Embedded analytics know-how is beneficial
• ITIL certification; SAP CO certifications and Experience with SAP BTP and ServiceNow is an asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
